Shipping Policy


1. Processing & Shipping Times


All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Standard delivery estimates:

  • United States / UK / EU: 3–5 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather delays, or carrier issues outside our control.


2. Shipping Rates


  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Free Shipping Eligibility: Free standard shipping is available on orders over £40.
  • Express shipping options may be available at checkout for select destinations.


3. Order Tracking


Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your order is marked as shipped.


4. Customs & Import Fees


For international orders:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
  • These charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs office. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office before placing an order.


5. Delivery Issues


If your order is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact our support team at samanthamcshane2026@outlook.com with your order number and details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

We do not take responsibility for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
