Return Policy

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, lingerie and sleepwear must be tried on over your underwear.

• Non-Returnable Items: Please note that panties, bodysuits, and other intimate items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving your return.

2. Pack Your Items: Safely pack the items in their original packaging, including any accessories, tags, or free gifts.

3. Ship Your Return: You will receive a return label via email. Print it out and attach it to your package.

4. Processing: Once we receive your return, it will be inspected, and you’ll be notified of the status of your return or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
